What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

 

To ensure the highest level of service, we typically will schedule a phone consultation first followed by an on-site consultation for specific projects. Once all information is gathered and project specifications are agreed upon, we will construct a fair quote and timeline for the customer. We will work with the customer during the project to ensure the quality of work meets their expectations. Once the project is complete, we will review the finished product with the customer, collect payment, and discuss any additional needs they may have. We will also ask for a website review and or referrals if you know of friends needing work complete.

 

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

 Over the past 25 years, Matt has dedicated his time to becoming the ultimate handyman. In college, he earned a degree in agriculture and has spent his professional career working as an architect. With 25+ years of concrete, 20+ years constructing houses, 25+ in construction work, and working on restorations and repairs his entire life, he is the one-stop shop for all your miscellaneous home projects.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? 

 

Every project is different so we typically advise we have a phone and or on-site consultation prior to sharing prices; however, we do our absolute best to provide our clients with the best rate possible. Our clients continuously insist we have the best rates out there in the Nashville area. If you are looking for averages, we have provided some rates below, but please keep in mind these are rough estimates.

Concrete patios - starting at $999, but the most popular patios typically run closer to $1,800

 

Fences restoration – Approx. $1.00 sq. ft. This includes Wash, Stain, and Paint
